1.2 Account Creation: You may browse our website without creating an account. To complete a purchase, you may check out as a guest or create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password.

1.3 Prohibited Uses: You may not use our website for any unlawful purpose, to transmit malicious software, to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or to interfere with the proper working of the website. We reserve the right to terminate access for violations.

2. Purchase Terms

2.2 Pricing: All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed.

2.3 Payment Methods: We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit and debit cards processed through Razorpay, and payments via PayPal. All transactions are conducted in USD. Your payment information is securely processed by our payment partners; we do not store your full card details.

2.4 Order Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting zilvra925@gmail.com. After 24 hours, your order may have entered processing or production and cannot be cancelled.

2.5 Out-of-Stock Items: If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you by email and issue a full refund for that item.

3.2 Lab-Grown Diamond Disclosure: All diamonds used in Zilvra925 jewelry are laboratory-grown diamonds created in controlled laboratory environments using advanced technological processes. This disclosure complies with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines for jewelry marketing.

3.3 Silver Purity: All silver jewelry is guaranteed 925 sterling silver (92.5% pure silver) and is hallmarked by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) with certification number HM/C-8890238712.

3.4 GIA Certification: Where GIA certification is stated on a product page, the item includes a GIA report. Certification details are specific to each piece.

3.5 Color Representation: We make every effort to display product colors accurately. However, colors may vary slightly due to individual monitor settings, lighting conditions, and photography. Minor variations do not constitute grounds for return.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 Shipping Origin: All orders ship from Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India.

4.2 Delivery Timeline: Estimated delivery is 20–30 business days from the date of shipment to addresses in the United States.

4.3 Shipping Cost: A flat rate of $19 USD applies to all orders shipped to the United States.

4.4 Carriers: We ship via DHL, FedEx, or UPS depending on destination and availability.

4.5 Tracking: Full tracking information is provided via email once your order ships. You can track your package at every stage of its journey.

4.6 Signature Requirement: A signature is required upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package, or arrange for delivery to a secure location.

4.7 Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

5. Customs & Duties

5.1 Duties Included: All import duties, taxes, and customs fees are included in the product price. You will never pay additional charges upon delivery.

5.2 Customs Documentation: All required customs documentation is prepared and submitted by Sandeep Enterprises on your behalf.

6. Returns & Exchanges

6.1 Return Window: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

6.2 Return Conditions: Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging including all tags, pouches, and certificates. Items that show signs of wear, have been altered, or are missing original packaging will not be accepted.

6.3 Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs to our address in Agra, India. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items otherwise.

6.4 Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving your returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

6.5 Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

6.6 Non-Returnable Items: Engraved items, custom-made pieces, and items marked as final sale are non-returnable and non-refundable.

7. Refund Policy

7.1 Full Refunds: A full refund will be issued for returned items that meet all return conditions specified in Section 6.

7.2 Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be issued for items returned with minor damage or missing packaging, at our discretion.

7.3 No Refund: No refund will be issued for items that have been worn, used, damaged by the customer, or returned without authorization.

7.4 Refund Method: All refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

8. Warranty

8.1 Coverage: Zilvra925 provides a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. This covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

8.2 Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, normal wear and tear, loss, theft, unauthorized repairs, or failure to follow care instructions.

8.3 Claim Process: To make a warranty claim, email zilvra925@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the defect, and a description of the issue. We will evaluate your claim and respond within 5 business days.

9. Product Authenticity

9.1 BIS Hallmark: Every sterling silver piece is hallmarked by the Bureau of Indian Standards with certification number HM/C-8890238712.

9.2 GIA Certification: GIA-certified diamonds include an official GIA report. GIA report numbers can be verified at www.gia.edu/report-check.

9.3 Material Guarantee: We guarantee that all materials used in our jewelry are as described on the product page. Any misrepresentation constitutes grounds for a full refund.

9.4 Counterfeit Reporting: Zilvra925 is a trademark of Sandeep Enterprises. Counterfeit products or unauthorized use of our brand name should be reported to zilvra925@gmail.com.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 Ownership: All content on zilvra925.com — including text, images, graphics, logos, designs, product names, and software — is the property of Sandeep Enterprises and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
