Modern Slavery Policy
Modern Slavery Policy Statement
Sandeep Enterprises, operating as Zilvra925, is unequivocally committed to ensuring that modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labor, and child exploitation have no place in our business or supply chain.
This policy applies to all employees, contractors, suppliers, and partners of Sandeep Enterprises. We recognize that modern slavery is a global issue that requires vigilance, transparency, and decisive action from every responsible business. We take that responsibility seriously.
Our Zero-Tolerance Position
Sandeep Enterprises has a zero-tolerance approach to the following practices, in any form and in any part of our operations or supply chain:

We do not subcontract manufacturing. Every Zilvra925 piece is made in our own workshop under our direct supervision. This eliminates the risk of hidden labor practices that can occur when production is outsourced to unknown facilities.
Due Diligence Measures
We take proactive steps to identify, prevent, and mitigate modern slavery risks:
1. Supplier vetting — All new suppliers are assessed for ethical labor practices before engagement
2. Annual supply chain reviews — We conduct regular reviews of all suppliers to ensure ongoing compliance
3. Supplier acknowledgments — We require all suppliers to formally acknowledge and comply with our anti-slavery standards
4. Open workshop policy — Our Agra workshop is open to independent auditors and ethical compliance inspections
5. Complete traceability — We maintain full records for all materials, from source to finished product
