Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Zilvra jewelry. If something isn’t right, our return process is simple, fair, and fast.

Our 30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return any item for a full refund or exchange. The 30-day window gives you plenty of time to try on your jewelry, see how it feels with your wardrobe, and decide if it’s the right piece for you.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• Unworn and in original condition
• In the original packaging with all tags attached
• Accompanied by the original packing slip or order confirmation
Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused after delivery cannot be accepted for return.
How to Initiate a Return
Returning an item takes just a few steps:
1. Start your return: Log into your account, go to “My Orders,” and click “Return Item” next to the relevant order. If you checked out as a guest, use our return portal with your order number and email.
2. Select your reason: Choose from the dropdown menu — wrong size, changed mind, defective, or other. For exchanges, select the replacement size or item.
3. Print your label: We generate a prepaid return shipping label for you. For domestic returns, the label cost ($6.95) is deducted from your refund. For defective items, the label is free.
4. Pack and ship: Place the unworn item in its original packaging, seal it securely, attach the label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
5. Receive confirmation: We process returns within 3–5 business days of receipt. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund or exchange is complete.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, exchanges are always free within the 30-day window. Select “Exchange” during the return process, and we’ll ship your replacement as soon as we receive your original item.
For faster service, you can place a new order for the correct item and return the original separately. We’ll refund the first order once we receive it.
Refund Method and Timeline
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 2–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
• Credit/Debit cards: 5–10 business days total
• PayPal: 3–5 business days
• Apple Pay / Google Pay: 5–10 business days
You’ll receive an email the moment your refund is processed.

Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale:
• Piercing jewelry: Earrings designed for body piercings, including studs and hoops for cartilage, nose, or other piercings. This policy follows standard jewelry industry hygiene practices.
• Engraved or personalized items: Any piece with custom engraving, monogramming, or bespoke modifications cannot be returned unless defective.
• Intimate jewelry: Toe rings and certain body chains fall under this category for hygiene reasons.
If you receive one of these items and believe it to be defective, contact us directly. We will work with you on a case-by-case basis.
Return Shipping Costs
• Domestic returns: A flat $6.95 return shipping fee is deducted from your refund. This covers prepaid label generation and return transit.
• Defective items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, return shipping is free. We will also refund any original shipping costs you paid.
• International returns: International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties on the return shipment. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Store Credit Option
Prefer store credit over a refund? Select “Zilvra Credit” during your return, and we’ll issue a gift card code for the full purchase amount — including what you originally paid for shipping. Store credit never expires and can be used across any collection, including sale items.
