To Our Customers
When you choose Zilvra925, you place trust in us. We take that seriously.
• Lifetime quality guarantee — If a piece fails due to a manufacturing defect, we repair or replace it free of charge, forever.
• Transparent pricing — We publish our pricing methodology. You can see exactly how material costs, labor, overhead, and margin factor into every price tag.
• 30-day returns, no questions — Changed your mind? Return unworn pieces within 30 days for a full refund.
• Honest communication — We tell you what our pieces are made of, where they come from, and what to expect. No vague claims, no greenwashing, no hidden information.
• Responsive service — We respond to every email within 24 hours and every call within business hours. Real humans, not chatbots.
We survey our customers quarterly and publish satisfaction scores — currently 4.7 out of 5 across over 12,000 responses. When we fall short, we fix it publicly.
To the Planet
Our environmental commitments are measurable and time-bound:
• Carbon neutrality across our operations by end of 2025 — including manufacturing, warehousing, offices, and shipping
• Zero-waste packaging — already achieved; all packaging is recyclable or biodegradable
• 100% recycled silver — already achieved across all product lines
• Water-neutral production by 2027 — reducing consumption and funding equivalent clean water projects
• Biodiversity net-positive by 2030 — our reforestation investments will protect more habitat than our supply chain disturbs
These aren’t aspirations. They’re targets with owners, budgets, and quarterly review meetings.
To Our Makers
Jewelry doesn’t appear by magic. Real people craft every Zilvra925 piece, and we owe them dignity, safety, and fair compensation.
• Fair wages — All workers in our supply chain earn at least a living wage as defined by local standards, not just legal minimums. Our lowest-paid workers earn 34% above minimum wage in their regions.
• Safe working conditions — Our manufacturing partners meet or exceed local safety regulations. We conduct annual inspections and require documented emergency procedures.
• Reasonable hours — No mandatory overtime. Workers choose extra shifts and are compensated at premium rates.
• No child labor, ever — Zero tolerance. Our contracts require age verification and we conduct unannounced audits.
• Freedom of association — Workers have the right to organize and bargain collectively without retaliation.
Our longest partnership is with a family-run workshop in Chiang Mai, Thailand, headed by third-generation silversmith Arinya Mekong. Arinya’s team of fourteen artisans has crafted over 40,000 Zilvra925 pieces. She pays her craftspeople above-market wages and sends their children to school on the workshop’s scholarship fund. “When Zilvra925 approached us,” Arinya told us, “they asked about our workers before they asked about our prices. That told me everything.”

To Our Community
Business exists within communities, not apart from them. We give back through targeted partnerships:
• Women’s Empowerment — 2% of all revenue supports SheWorks, a nonprofit providing microloans and business training to women in silver-producing regions of Mexico and Peru. Since 2021, this partnership has funded loans for 340 women, with a 97% repayment rate.
• Education — We sponsor design scholarships at three vocational schools — one in Bangkok, one in Mumbai, and one in Mexico City. Five students are currently enrolled full-time on Zilvra925 scholarships.
• Environmental Restoration — Our reforestation partnership with One Tree Planted has funded the planting of 48,000 trees in deforested regions of Brazil and Indonesia.
• Product Donations — We donate unsold seasonal inventory to Dress for Success and similar organizations, providing professional jewelry for job interviews. Over 3,200 pieces donated to date.
• Community Events — Quarterly jewelry-making workshops in our retail locations, free and open to the public. We’ve hosted over 200 workshops with 4,000+ attendees.
To Innovation
Standing still isn’t an option. We’re constantly exploring:
• Alternative materials — Lab-grown gemstones, bio-resins for display pieces, and plant-based polishing compounds are all in testing
• New production methods — 3D printing for prototyping reduces material waste by 60% compared to traditional wax modeling
• Design evolution — Our design team visits museums, architecture sites, and cultural events quarterly to stay inspired and avoid repetition
• Customer co-creation — Annual design contest where customers submit ideas; winning designs enter production with royalties paid to the creator
To Transparency
We share what we know, admit what we don’t, and update you when things change.
• Annual sustainability report published every March
• Quarterly impact updates via email to subscribers
• Live chat with our sustainability lead monthly — ask anything, no script
• Mistake acknowledgment — When we get something wrong, we say so. Last year we discovered a packaging supplier had switched to a non-recyclable glue without telling us. We disclosed it within 48 hours, switched suppliers, and shared what we learned.
