What We Build Together
Zilvra925 is a company of 32 people who care deeply about what we do. We’re small enough that everyone’s voice matters and big enough that we’re growing fast. We launched with twelve rings and a lot of hope. Today we’re shipping to forty countries, building retail presence, and rethinking what a jewelry company can be.

Where We Work
Our headquarters in Brooklyn occupies a converted warehouse in Industry City. The space was designed by our team, not a corporate office firm. There’s a dedicated jewelry-making studio where anyone can learn basic skills. A quiet room for calls, prayer, or just needing a break. A rooftop where we have lunch when weather permits. Dogs are welcome — we currently have three regulars.
Our retail locations in Manhattan, Los Angeles, and Chicago each have their own personality, designed to reflect the neighborhoods they’re in. Store teams participate in product feedback and local event planning. You’re not just staffing a register; you’re representing the brand in your city.
Current Openings
Jewelry Designer — Brooklyn, NY (Hybrid)
We’re looking for a designer with 3+ years of experience in jewelry or accessories design. You’ll work with our creative director to develop new collections, from initial sketches through production samples. Strong Rhino or Matrix skills preferred. Portfolio required. You care about both aesthetics and wearability — our customers live real lives in our pieces.
E-commerce Manager — Brooklyn, NY (Hybrid)
Own the digital shopping experience for a fast-growing DTC brand. You’ll manage our Shopify Plus site, optimize conversion, run A/B tests, and work with our marketing team on product launches. 4+ years of e-commerce experience required. Experience with jewelry or fashion a plus, but not required. Data-driven mindset essential.
Customer Experience Specialist — Remote (US-based)
Be the voice of Zilvra925 for customers who need help. You’ll handle email, chat, and occasional phone support. Empathy, clear writing, and problem-solving skills matter more than jewelry industry experience. We train you on our products. This is a full-time role with flexible hours. Previous customer service experience preferred.
Sustainability Coordinator — Brooklyn, NY (On-site)
Help us meet our 2025–2030 sustainability targets. You’ll track metrics, coordinate audits, manage supplier relationships, and prepare our annual sustainability report. Background in environmental science, supply chain, or corporate sustainability required. Passion for ethical business practices non-negotiable.
Retail Store Manager — Los Angeles, CA
Lead our LA location and build community in one of our most important markets. You’ll manage a team of 4–6, drive sales, plan events, and serve as the face of Zilvra925 on the West Coast. 3+ years of retail management experience required. Jewelry or luxury retail experience preferred. You genuinely love people and product equally.

Internships and Early Career
We run two internship programs annually:
• Summer Design Internship — 10 weeks working with our design team on a real collection project. Open to current students or recent graduates in jewelry design, metalsmithing, or related fields. Paid, full-time.
• Business Operations Internship — Rotational program exposing you to marketing, operations, and sustainability. Open to current students or recent graduates in any field. Paid, part-time or full-time flexible.
Both programs include mentorship, portfolio-building opportunities, and a strong track record of conversion to full-time roles. We hired four of our current team members from our internship program.

3. Selected candidates complete a practical exercise relevant to the role (we respect your time — nothing longer than 2 hours)
4. Final round interviews with the team you’d actually work with
5. Decision within 48 hours of final interview
