Every Zilvra925 piece is built to last. Our warranty is our commitment to standing behind the craftsmanship and materials in everything we make.

What Our Warranty Covers
Your Zilvra jewelry is covered by a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This includes:
• Structural defects in the silver itself
• Faulty clasps, closures, or earring posts that fail under normal use
• Stone settings that loosen or fail due to craftsmanship (for pieces with gemstones)
• Rhodium or gold plating that peels or flakes within the first year under normal wear
• Broken chains or links that result from a manufacturing flaw
The warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Warranty Period
Coverage begins on the date of delivery and lasts for 365 days. We track this automatically through your order number, so no registration is required.
What Is Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
• Normal wear and tear (minor scratches, gradual tarnishing, slight thinning of plating over time)
• Accidental damage (dropping, stepping on, crushing, or snagging)
• Exposure to harsh chemicals (chlorine, bleach, cleaning agents, perfumes applied directly to jewelry)
• Improper care or storage (tangled chains, exposure to moisture without proper drying)
• Unauthorized repairs or alterations by third-party jewelers
• Loss or theft of the item
Sterling silver naturally tarnishes when exposed to air and moisture. This is normal and easily addressed with proper care — it is not a defect.
How to File a Warranty Claim
If you believe your piece has a manufacturing defect:
1. Contact us by email or live chat with your order number and a description of the issue
2. Include photos clearly showing the defect — close-ups work best
3. Our assessment: Our quality team reviews your claim within 2–3 business days and may request additional photos
4. Resolution: If approved, we will repair or replace your item at no cost. You’ll receive a prepaid return label for the defective piece
Most warranty claims are resolved within 10–14 business days from initial contact to receiving your repaired or replacement item.

Repair or Replacement Policy
For valid warranty claims, we determine the best course of action:
• Minor defects (loose stone, faulty clasp): Repaired by our specialists and returned to you
• Major defects (structural silver flaw, irreparable damage): Replaced with an identical new piece
• Discontinued items: If your piece is no longer in production, we will offer a comparable replacement or store credit for the original purchase price
Lifetime Care Program
Beyond the warranty, we offer lifetime care services for all Zilvra jewelry:
• Complimentary professional cleaning: Send your piece to us anytime for a thorough ultrasonic cleaning and polish. You pay only for return shipping.
• Re-plating services: Rhodium and gold plating naturally wear over time. We offer re-plating at a flat fee of $25 per piece — a fraction of what local jewelers charge.
• Prong tightening and clasp adjustment: Free for the first year, then available at cost thereafter.
• Sizing adjustments: Available at a flat rate for rings purchased directly from Zilvra.
