Our 1-Year Warranty

At Zilvra925, we stand behind every piece of jewelry we create. We offer a one-year warranty on all our sterling silver and lab-grown diamond jewelry, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 365 days from the date of delivery. This warranty reflects our commitment to quality and our confidence in the craftsmanship that comes out of our Agra workshop.

If your piece doesn’t meet our high standards due to a manufacturing flaw, we will make it right — at no cost to you. Every item is handcrafted by skilled artisans and undergoes rigorous quality checks before it leaves our workshop, but if something slips through, we’ve got you covered.

What’s Covered

Our warranty covers the following manufacturing defects:

Lab-grown diamonds or gemstones that become loose or fall out due to improper setting

Broken Chains

Chains that snap or break at the solder point due to manufacturing weakness (not from pulling or snagging)

Excessive Tarnishing

Tarnishing beyond normal wear that occurs despite proper care and storage

Engraving Errors

Mistakes in personalization made by our team (misspelled names, wrong dates, etc.)

Finish Defects

Uneven plating, bubbling, or premature wearing of the protective rhodium coating

Structural Defects

Any flaw in construction that compromises the integrity of the piece

 

What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear, accidents, or improper care. Specifically excluded are:

Drops, impacts, stepping on jewelry, caught in clothing or hair, pet damage

Loss or Theft

We cannot replace items that are lost or stolen — please insure valuable pieces

Unauthorized Repairs

Damage caused by third-party jewelers or DIY repair attempts voids the warranty

Chemical Exposure

Damage from chlorine, bleach, household cleaners, perfume, hairspray, or other chemicals

Improper Care

Storing pieces together causing scratches, wearing in shower/pool, sleeping in delicate items

Natural Tarnishing

Silver naturally tarnishes when exposed to air and moisture; regular cleaning prevents this

Resized or Altered Items

Any piece that has been resized, engraved after purchase by a third party, or otherwise modified

 

How to Claim Your Warranty

Making a warranty claim is straightforward. Simply follow these steps:

1.         Email us at zilvra925@gmail.com with the subject line “Warranty Claim — [Your Order Number]”

2.         Include the following in your email:

–          Your order number (found in your confirmation email)

–          Clear photos of the defect from multiple angles

–          A brief description of the issue and when you first noticed it

–          How you’ve cared for and stored the piece

3.         We respond within 48 hours with next steps

Our team reviews every claim carefully and fairly. In most cases, we’ll ask you to ship the item back to our Agra workshop (return shipping for warranty claims is covered by us — we’ll provide a prepaid label when applicable).

Warranty Resolution Options

Once we receive and inspect your piece, we’ll resolve the issue using one of the following methods at our discretion:

All resolution options are provided at no cost to you for covered manufacturing defects.

BIS Hallmark Guarantee

Every Zilvra925 sterling silver piece is officially BIS hallmarked (HM/C-8890238712), guaranteeing authentic 925 sterling silver purity (92.5% pure silver). The BIS Hallmark is India’s official certification from the Bureau of Indian Standards — equivalent to international hallmarking standards.

Our guarantee: If any Zilvra925 piece is proven to have a false or incorrect BIS hallmark, we will provide a full refund plus a free replacement of the item. This is our absolute commitment to authenticity.

GIA Certificate Guarantee

All Zilvra925 lab-grown diamond pieces that feature GIA-graded stones come with an authentic GIA (Gemological Institute of America) report. GIA is the world’s most respected diamond grading authority. You can verify any GIA report number directly on the GIA website for complete peace of mind.
