We offer a 30-day return policy on all non-custom items. To be eligible for a return, your jewelry must be unworn, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and certificates intact. Items showing signs of wear, damage from use, or missing packaging cannot be accepted for return.

To initiate a return, email us at zilvra925@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions. Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all certificates and tags, write the RA number on the outside of the package, and ship it to our address in Agra, India. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping to our workshop in Agra, India. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns that are lost in transit. The original shipping fee of $19 is non-refundable.
