How to Track Your Order
Tracking your Zilvra order takes less than a minute:
1. With an account: Log in and visit “My Orders.” Click on any order to see real-time status and tracking details.
2. As a guest: Check your order confirmation email for a “Track My Order” link. Enter your order number and email address on our tracking page.
3. Via carrier: Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your carrier tracking number. Click the link to view detailed tracking on the carrier’s website.
We update order statuses automatically throughout the day. There’s no need to refresh constantly — we’ll email you at every major milestone.
What Happens After You Order
Here’s the journey your order takes through our fulfillment center:
Within 2 hours: Your order is confirmed, payment processed, and sent to our warehouse team.
Day 1: Our specialists locate your pieces, perform a quality inspection, and prepare them for shipment. Every item is checked against our craftsmanship standards.
Day 1–2: Your jewelry is carefully placed in protective packaging, then nestled inside our signature gift box. The sealed package is handed to our carrier.
Day 2–7: Your order travels to you. Transit time depends on your location and chosen shipping method.
Understanding Your Order Status
Your order will show one of these statuses at any given time:
• Pending: We have received your order and are confirming payment details. This usually resolves within minutes.
• Processing: Your order is confirmed and being prepared by our fulfillment team. This stage typically takes 1–2 business days.
• Shipped: Your package is on its way! You’ll receive a tracking number via email. Click through for live carrier updates.
• Delivered: Our carrier has confirmed delivery. Check your safe place, mailbox, or with household members if you don’t see it immediately.
• On Hold: We need to reach you about something — usually an address verification issue or payment query. Check your email and respond promptly to avoid delays.
When Tracking Isn’t Updating
Carriers sometimes take 24–48 hours to scan packages into their system after pickup. During busy periods, scan updates can lag by a day or two even while your package is moving.
If your tracking number shows no movement after 72 hours, or if the status seems stuck for more than 4 days, contact us. We’ll reach out to the carrier directly and get you answers.
Modifying or Cancelling an Order
We process orders quickly to get your jewelry to you as soon as possible. You can modify or cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it — simply contact us by live chat or email with your order number.
After this window, your order will likely be in processing at our warehouse and cannot be changed. In this case, you can return your order once it arrives using our standard returns process.
Lost Package Policy
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package:
1. Check all possible delivery locations — porches, mailrooms, with neighbors, leasing offices
2. Wait 24 hours — carriers sometimes mark packages delivered before they actually arrive
3. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
4. If still unresolved after 48 hours, email us. We will investigate and, if confirmed lost, ship a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund
