Customs and duties: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority and are your responsibility. We cannot mark orders as “gifts” or declare lower values to avoid these charges.
Free Shipping
Every domestic order over $75 (or local currency equivalent) ships free via Standard delivery. No promo code needed — the discount applies automatically at checkout.
During promotional periods, we may lower this threshold or offer free Express shipping. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know.
Express and Expedited Options
Need your jewelry sooner? Choose Express or Priority at checkout for faster delivery. These options are available for both domestic and most international destinations.
Express orders placed before 2 PM local warehouse time ship the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff ship the next business day.
Our Packaging
Your Zilvra package is designed to be an experience:
• Outer mailer: Durable, recycled-material shipping envelope or box
• Inner packaging: Signature charcoal gift box with magnetic closure
• Protection: Anti-tarnish velvet pouch for each piece
• Documentation: Care card, authenticity certificate, and packing slip
• Optional gift message: Printed on cream cardstock
Our packaging is fully recyclable and made from recycled materials wherever possible. We eliminated single-use plastics in 2022.

Delivery Partners
We work with established, reliable carriers including FedEx, DHL, UPS, and national postal services. The carrier assigned to your order depends on your location, chosen shipping method, and package size. All carriers are vetted for secure handling and reliable tracking.
Missed Deliveries
If you’re not home when the carrier attempts delivery:
• Most carriers will leave a notice card with instructions
• Your package may be left in a designated safe place
• It may be taken to a nearby pickup point or post office for collection
• Some carriers offer redelivery scheduling via their website
Packages held at pickup points are typically available for 10–14 days before being returned to us.
Shipping Restrictions
We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes for orders requiring signature confirmation (Express and Priority methods). Military addresses (APO/FPO) are supported via Standard shipping only.
Certain countries have import restrictions on jewelry or precious metals. If we cannot ship to your location, you will see a notice at checkout.
